In dealing with puppyangelcanada.com, you accept the terms and conditions described below. Every orders and purchases made through puppyangelcanada.com are subject to these terms and conditions. Orders are subject to stock availability.
If an item is unavailable when we process your order, we will notify you. Distributions Puppy Angel Canada reserves the right to update these terms and conditions without notice.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY
Your emailed receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Item availability and prices are subject to change at any time, without notice. Distributions Puppy Angel Canada reserves the right to limit quantities, and to decline the acceptance of any order for any reason. All orders placed will be thoroughly researched before shipping, in accordance with the policies set by Distributions Puppy Angel Canada. Distributions Puppy Angel Canada may require additional information and/or verification before accepting and processing any order.
MODIFICATION OF INFORMATION ON THE WEBSITE
The dates of offers, prices and availability of items on our website may change without notice. We work tirelessly to display an accurate inventory. It is possible that an item, size or colour is missing from the inventory at the time your online order is processed. For this reason, it is possible that an order is canceled or an item cannot be delivered.
While we strive to display accurate information, we reserve the right to revise the price or description of an item inaccurate and to cancel or refuse an order with a such inaccurate price or description.
Products displayed on our website are not necessary available in our store in Canada.
While we have made every effort to present the products as accurately as possible, we cannot guarantee that the color representation on your computer screen is accurate. However, the description of the product and its composition and maintenance can help you in your choice.
ORDER CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATION
If you want to cancel or modify your order once the transaction is completed, you must contact us as soon as possible, either by email at firstname.lastname@example.org, or by telephone at 450 444-4441. We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process. Please note that if you cancel an item that gave you the right to a promotion, special discount or free delivery, you may no longer be eligible for this promotion or discount.
We reserve the right to refuse any order placed on our website. We may, at our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or for the same account, the same credit card and/or orders that have the same billing and/or delivery address. In the case of a modification or cancellation of an order, we will contact you by email and/or billing address and/or telephone number provided at the time the order is placed. We reserve the right to limit or cancel orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors or were made simultaneously due to a technical problem.
UNAVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS
In the event that one or more products ordered are not available, a staff member of the online store will contact you by telephone at the number you provided in the online order as soon as possible. If we are unable to reach you by telephone, we will send you an email to the email address you provided in your online purchase order.
If you do not receive a notification about this matter, all the items ordered will be shipped according to the shipping method (Postes Canada) when you completed your online order.
The prices listed on our website may differ as in our store Puppy Angel Canada and are expressed in Canadian dollars.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Products and services are always billed on the basis of the rates in effect at the time of the registration of the online purchase order.
The following methods of payment are accepted at the online store:
Taxes applied to your order meet the applicable rates in accordance with federal and provincial tax laws, depending on the shipping address associated with your order. If applicable, taxes will be applied to shipping and handling fees.
If you return an item for refund, the taxes you paid for this item you will be reimbursed. However, you will not be reimbursed for taxes paid on the shipping and handling fees of this product, as these charges are not refundable once the package is mailed.
An invoice will be sent to the email address provided when you place your order. A summary of the conditions of your online purchase will be listed. An invoice will be included in the shipping package. In the case that the name and delivery address differ from the name and billing address, a gift invoice (an invoice without prices) will be included in the shipped package.
EXPEDITION AND HANDLING
Orders are shipped across Canada through Canada Post only. Canada Post will leave the package at the post office nearest you if nobody is home at the time of delivery to the address on the purchase order. In this case, a notice card will be placed in your mailbox with the necessary information to collect your package. No signature is required upon delivery to the address on the purchase order, but a valid photo ID is required at the post office to pick up your package. For all orders, a fixed fee of $12 will be automatically charged, plus applicable taxes, if applicable. If your order is over than $100 fee, the expedition is free (excluding food delivery where a fee is applicable functions of the content weight and delivery location). There are no shipping and

ADDRESS OF DELIVERY
Items offered on puppyangelcanada.com can be shipped to addresses in Canada only. An order can be delivered to a residence, office or even to a friend or family member according to your choice. PO boxes are not acceptable delivery addresses.
Delivery times are estimated and calculated from the shipping date and not the date of the order. They are indicative only and are subject to acceptance, approval and full payment of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, your order will be delivered within fifteen (15) working days maximum of the date of purchase from Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. When your order is shipped partially or in full you will receive an email indicating it has shipped. Please note that we do not deliver on weekends. The delivery date may vary depending on the shipping company terms, the place of delivery, the type of delivery and the items ordered. In some circumstances, the items may also be delivered separately.
No orders will be shipped until full payment. Distributions Puppy Angel Canada is not responsible for incorrect addresses given, refused shipments or unclaimed shipments. We have no control over mail delivery once it leaves our boutique so please check with the carrier if we show it shipped and you have not received it.
In order to simplify our shipping costs, we have implemented a flat rate shipping cost of $12.00 for most orders. The rate will be shown at check out or on the item detail page. *Shipping costs are calculated AFTER all discounts have been applied to your cart at check out.
Additional fees may apply for heavy or large items or to remote areas, in this case we will communicate with you. Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory of the delivery address. In case of an error on the mailing address you have entered, additional shipping costs will be charged on delivery.

DELIVERY BY COURIER
Shipping from Distributions Puppy Angel Canada is made by Canada Post everywhere in Canada. Every shipment get a tracking number. The shipping times vary between about 5-10 business days once shipped. For international shipping, please contact us email@example.com. Flat rate shipping cost at 12$ and before taxes are not included in the international shipping. However, we will look for the best rate available and competitive.

RISK OF LOSS AND TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP
All items purchased through the website are subject to a shipping contract, which means that we assume the risk of loss of items ordered as soon as we hand them over to the transporter. The ownership of these articles is transferred to you when you take possession of the package, either at the delivery address provided when you placed your orders or at the Canada Post counter, and
is authenticated by the Canada Post delivery date. However, for an in store pickup, the ownership of these items is transferred to you when you take possession of the package at the store.
When exchanging or returning items through the mail, we assume the risk of loss of returned items as soon as you hand the package over to Canada Post, according to the guidelines described in the exchange or return of merchandise section below. The ownership of these articles is then transferred to Distributions Puppy Angel Canada when Canada Post takes possession of the package. In the event that the guidelines described in the exchange or return of merchandise section below are not followed, you then assume the risk of loss until we receive the package, at which time Distributions Puppy Angel Canada takes possession of the said merchandise.
CONFIDENTIALITY OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

Any item reduced by fifty percent (50%) or more is considered a final sale and therefore we do not accept exchange on this merchandise, whether the purchase was made online or at our store.
Please note that purchases made in store must be exchanged ONLY. NO refund accepted.
An item purchased online can be exchanged within thirty (30) days following the date of receipt of your order by mail, provided the merchandise is returned in its original condition, not washed, not worn, not altered, with its price tag and in its original packaging. The customer will pay the shipping costs and handling charges for the return of a product.
Items Damaged During Transport
If your order is damaged in any way upon delivery, please contact us immediately at 450 444-4441. A defective item purchased online will be exchanged within thirty (30) days or refunded within fifteen (15) days following the date of receipt of your order by mail, provided the
merchandise is returned in its original condition, not washed, not worn, not altered, with its price tag and in its original packaging. Distributions Puppy Angel Canada will pay the shipping costs for the return of a defective product. The new item will be returned without shipping and handling charges.
Be sure to send merchandise exchanges or returns to the following address. You should have received a confirmation from us, as well as a return label from Canada Post.
